Revise verbs with infinitive vs gerund forms at pre-intermediate (A2) level: Students need to complete questions while listening to a Shania Twain song with the missing verb forms. Excellent lead-in to a conversation lesson about women and men.

This video quiz practises structures with gerund (certain verbs, prepositions and phrasal verbs). It aims at intermediate (B1) students, who need to reconstruct scrambled sentences and then talk about them. The video is a Beyoncè song: Who Run The World.

Practise intermediate (B1) verbs with (to +) infinitive with this song quiz. The topic is WOMEN (and of course men), the chosen song is Ciara’s amazing message: I Love Myself. The task is to find the extra word in 22 questions, then answer them in pairs.
