Description

This lesson plan is inspired by Jamie Bartlett’s intriguing TEDTalk given in London in 2015: How the mysterious dark net is going mainstream. It offers a glimpse into the world of the so-called dark net and makes possible predictions about why everyday Internet-users might choose this type of internet or at least browsers using encryption over the more common browsers.

The lesson plan aims at B2+ level students and focuses on technical marketing and IT-language.

The lesson plan (pdf-file) and the four interactive worksheets (Google forms) offer plenty of materials for two 90-minute lessons with young adult and adult students.
