ESL Back-to-School Activity Book for Kids (age 6-10)

This 33-page activity book for kids and their teachers includes photocopiable pages for your students to revise a wide range of school-related vocabulary and some Pre-A1/A1 grammar points (from possessive ’s vs ‘of’ to simple past). The second part of the booklet is designed for teachers and contains a list of possible class activities with attached printable pages. The booklet finishes with an exit ticket. 

Most of the exercises are conversation-based and give students the opportunity to get to know each other or reconnect with each other. 

In addition to the proposed class discussions, you can find a list of adapted game activities, such as coding missions similar to the well-known battleship grid, a class survey, spot the differences tasks, a story writing exercise with handmade story cubes and a craft activity creating a three-sheet double-picture booklet with a hole-effect. 

The booklet is ideal for kids (age 6-10), but most of the activities are suitable also for pre-teens.
